NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF PUGET SOUND FITNESS, INC. Pursuant to RCW 23B.14.030(3), notice is hereby given that PUGET SOUND FITNESS, INC., a Washington corporation (the “Corporation”) has been dissolved effective March 18, 2026, pursuant to Washington law. You may have a claim against the Corporation. Unless you follow the instructions below, your claim against the Corporation may be barred in accordance with RCW Chapter 23B.14 if your claim is not timely asserted.
