Public Notice NAME: Willakai John DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION: 3/4/2026 The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has decided to place a restriction on the Individual Indian Money (IIM) account belonging to Willakai John, due to erroneous payments caused by dual enrollment. The restriction notice was previously sent via certified mail but was returned undelivered. This notice will run once a week for four consecutive weeks.
