NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF MJ Prosser L.L.C. NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to RCW 25.15.301(2), 23B.14.030(3) and 23B.14.060 that MJ Prosser L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company (the Company), filed Certificate of Dissolution with the Washington Secretary of State on July 28, 2025, to dissolve the Company, effective as of the date of filing. Any person having a claim against the Company is requested to present such claim in accordance with the terms of this notice. All claims against the Company must be submitted in writing by August 23, 2026, per RCW 25.15.301 and RCW 23B.14.060(1)(c), not fewer than 120 days from the effective date of the written notice of dissolution (the deadline), to the Company at the following mailing address: MJ Prosser L.L.C. c/o Leslie R. Pesterfield Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. 701 5th Ave Ste 5600 Seattle WA 98104-7045 All claims must include: (1) The name and address of the claimant; (2) The basis for the claim; (3) The amount of the claim; and (4) The date(s) of occurrence of the event(s) on which the claim is based; and (5) Copies of any documents on which the claim is based. Important: • Per RCW 25.15.301(3)(a) Claims against the Company will be barred in accordance with the provisions of RCW 23B.14 if not timely asserted. • Per RCW 25.15.301(3)(b) A known claim will be barred if a written notice of claim describing the claim with reasonable particularity is not delivered to the dissolved corporation by the deadline. • Per RCW 25.15.301(3)(b) The known claim or any executory contract on which the known claim is based may be rejected by the Company, in which case the holder of the known claim will have a limited period of ninety days from the effective date of the rejection notice in which to commence a proceeding to enforce the known claim.
