Public NoticeNOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR PRESENTATION OF CLAIMSIn the Matter of the Dissolution of JRD Properties, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This notice is given in accordance with RCW 23B.14.030(3). You are hereby notified that JRD Properties, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, has dissolved with the filing of Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State. Claims against the dissolved company must be presented in accordance with this notice. The information that must be included in a claim is:  (a) claimant's name, address, telephone number, and email address; (b) the basis of the claim; (c) the amount claimed; (d) if the claim is not yet due, the date when it will become due; (e) if the claim is contingent or unliquidated, the nature of the uncertainty; and (f) if the claim is secured, the security shall be described. Claims must be presented to Jacob M. Chandler, Manager of JRD Properties, LLC and registered agent for the company on file with the Secretary of State.
