NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND CLAIM DEADLINE Notice is hereby given that Power House Theatre LLC (the "Corporation"), a Washington Limited Liability Company, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Washington on February 12, 2026. Pursuant to RCW 24.03A.918, the public is hereby notified that the Corporation is in the process of dissolving. Any claims against the Corporation must be received in writing at the address below no later than June 30, 2026. Your claim must include: 1. The amount of the claim. 2. A description of the basis for the claim. 3. Supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, etc.). If your claim is not received by the above date, or if a rejected claim is not enforced through a legal proceeding within 90 days of the rejection notice, your claim will be forever barred.
