The above-named decedent, CAROL CHELSEA FINCH, who resided at 4000 West 24th Avenue, 42, Kennewick, Washington 99338-2071, established the above named trust during her lifetime.  
 
Creditors of the decedent, CAROL CHELSEA FINCH, and/or of the CAROL CHELSEA FINCH TRUST, dated July 10, 2017, are notified that all claims against the decedent, and the decedent's Trust, will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee, IRA J.
