NTC Yakima Valley RadiologyNOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF YAKIMA VALLEY RADIOLOGY, INC., P.C.Date: April 3, 2026TO ALL CREDITORS OF YAKIMA VALLEY RAIOLOGY, INC., P.C.You are hereby notified that YAKIMA VALLEY RADIOLOGY, INC., P.C., A Washington profession services corporation (the “Corporation”), filed Articles of Dissolution with the Washington State Secretary of State on March 31, 2026. The Corporation has ceased conducting business and intends to collect its assets, pay or make provision for payment of its obligations and liabilities, and distribute its remaining assets to its shareholders. This will occur on or before March 31, 2027.All persons having claims against the Corporation should mail their claims to the Corporation at P.O. Box 1410; Yakima, Washington 98907, on or before August 11, 2026. Claims must contain the following information:1. The name and mailing address of the creditor;2. The amount of the claim, including any finance charges or interest that are accruing; and3. An explanation of the circumstances under which the claim arose is sufficient to apprise the Corporation of the nature of the claim and determine its liability for payment.Please be advised that a known claim or any executory contract on which the known claim is passed may be rejected by the dissolved corporation, in which case the holder of the known claim will have a limited period of ninety (90) days from the effective date of the rejection notice.If the Corporation rejects any claim on grounds that it has no liability for payment, the person submitting the claim will be so notified on or before ninety (90) days of the effective date of the rejection notice.To the extent the Corporation's assets are sufficient, the Corporation will pay, or make provision for payment, of claims for which it is liable, on or before March 31, 2027.Claims should be submitted even if the amount or existence of the liability of the Corporation is in doubt or has not been finally determined.Pursuant to the Business Corporation Act of Washington State this notice is being sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of all persons known to have claims against the Corporation.
