204453NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIODCONCERNING FISCAL YEAR 2027DRAFT WASTEWATER AND DRINKING WATERGRANT AND LOAN PRIORITY LISTS ANDASSOCIATED INTENDED USE PLAN (IUP)This notice fulfills the public information requirements of Idaho's “Rules for Administration of Wastewater and Drinking Water Loan Funds” (IDAPA 58.01.12).The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is accepting public comments on three draft water infrastructure funding documents: 1) State Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan (IUP); 2) State Drinking Water Planning Grant Priority List; and 3) State Wastewater Planning Grant Priority List. Once approved and finalized by the Idaho Board of Environmental Quality, these documents will govern decisions for the state fiscal year 2027.DEQ will award grants and loans in priority order to the highest ranked projects that are ready to proceed.
