Port of Grays Harbor seeks stormwater discharge permit for Terminal 4B operations.

Port of Grays Harbor  Port of Grays Harbor, Leonard Barnes, PO Box 660 Aberdeen, WA 98520, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities. The industrial site, known as Terminal 4B, is located at 1900 E Terminal Way in Aberdeen. Operations are due to start up on/started on 6/1/2026. Industrial activities include Marine Cargo Handling. Stormwater from the site discharges to Outfall 4B to Grays Harbor. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology concerning this application may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
