204597NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. by the Asotin County Planning Commission, in the County Commissioners Chambers at the Courthouse Annex Building, in Asotin, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public testimony concerning a Conditional Use Permit Application made by EL2 Properties, LLC. The project involves a portion of property located within the unincorporated area of Asotin County, Washington. A description of the proposed project and property are as follows:The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct 46 10' x 30' and 6 15' x 30' commercial storage units at 901 High Street, Anatone, WA. Asotin County Zoning Code requires a Conditional Use Permit for commercial storage units in the Ag Transition Zone.Any and all interested persons may present testimony or inquiry concerning the proposed project in person and/or writing at the above described hearing. Comments may be mailed prior to the hearing to the Asotin County Building and Planning Dept., P.O. Box 610, Asotin, WA. 99402, or emailed to kriggers@asotincountywa.gov.
