The purpose of use is year-round fish propagation within the SE¼ of Section 23, T. 24 N., R. 17 E.W.M, within Chelan County.G4-27115ALCWRIS has a priority date of October 20, 1980 and authorizes the withdrawal of 3,900 gpm and 5,257 afy from four points of withdrawal located in the NW¼SE¼ of Section 23 and NW¼NE¼ of Section 26, T. 24 N., R. 17 E.W.M. The purpose of use is year-round fish propagation within the SE¼NE¼ and SE¼ of Section 23, W½SW¼ of Section 24, and NE¼ of Section 26, T. 24 N., R. 17 E.W.M, within Chelan County.That the applicant proposes to authorize eight points of withdrawal, seven existing wells and one to-be-constructed well, located within the SE¼NE¼ and the SE¼ of Sections 23; SW¼NW¼ and the W½SW¼ of Section 24; and the N½NE¼ and the NE¼NW¼ of Section 26, all within Township 24 N., R. 17 E.W.M., Parcel No. 241723510553, within Chelan County.
