File: SEPA2026-00045 Project Description: The proposed project includes the construction of a single-family residential building with an associated driveway, a bridge over a stream, a drinking well, parking area, and a septic system/drain field within the western portion of the property. The project actions would include clearing, grading, construction activities, and continued human habitation on the property.
