Determination of Non-significance (DNS) Puyallup School District Edgemont Junior High Track Renovation Capital Project #33-01-25 Proposal: The project seeks to convert the existing cinder track into a rubberized running track over asphalt paving with additional field event improvements. The existing grass field will remain. A trench drain will be added to the interior of the track. Paved access will be provided to the track surface. Location: Edgemont Junior High School 10822 24th St E Edgewood, WA, 98372 Proponent: Puyallup School District The Puyallup School District hereby makes the following Findings and Determination based upon review of the SEPA checklist and attachments, and other information on file with the Puyallup School District. Threshold Determination: The Responsible Official has concluded that a Determination of Nonsignificance applies to this proposal, that the proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment and an environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2) (c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information and comments on file with the Puyallup School District and the above noted findings. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340. The DNS, including attachments, are available on the Puyallup School District website at: https://puyallupsd.org/sepa or by visiting the Puyallup School District Capital Department office located at 319 12th St NW, Portable 2, Puyallup, WA, 98371 during business hours.
