NPDES Notice of Intent Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc., Bryan Gormley, 11805 N Creek Pkwy S Ste 115 Bothell, WA 98011, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Whittier Elementary School, is located at 777 Elm Tree Ln in Fircrest in Pierce county. This project involves 3.24 acres of soil disturbance for Commercial, construction activities. The receiving water is Wetland to Leach Creek.
