At this time interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard regarding the following matter: The Genesee Planning and Zoning Commission will review a Variance Request from Verizon to construct a communication tower on parcel RPG00000118902 at the north end of N. Laurel St. in Genesee. The proposed tower will exceed the maximum height allowed per zoning requirements. The full Variance Request is available at Genesee City Hall for review (208) 285-1621.
