(PO Box 118, Centralia, WA 98531) and Whitman Lake Homeowners are seeking modification of coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology Aquatic Plant and Algae Management General Permit for the waterbody known as Whitman Lake located in Graham, WA Activities requiring permit modification include that treatment window be opened to allow for early treatment of nuisance weeds. May 15th- October 31st. Any person desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice. Comments shall be submitted to the Department of Ecology.
