NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGBEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing before the Board of Benton County Commissioners will be held Tuesday May 12th, 2026, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room 303 on the 3rd Floor of the Benton County Administration Building, at 7122 W. Okanogan Place, Bldg, E, Room 303, Kennewick, Washington, to consider a request to vacate an unimproved right of way in the following location:Portion of Finley Road that is an unimproved road right of way situated in the South 40 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 08, Township 08, Range 30 East, Willamette Meridian, in Benton County, Washington.In Person testimony for or against the request for vacation will be taken at the hearing, to be held in the Administration Building at 7122 W. Okanogan Place, Building E. Room 303, Commissioners' Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Kennewick, WA. or via closed circuit television at the Benton County Courthouse, 620 Market Street, Prosser, WA, 99350.Benton County in addition to in person attendance, will also be providing telephonic and video access for the public to view and provide testimony at public meetings.
