Seattle Hockey Partners LLC, Lance Lopes, 10601 5th Ave NE Ste 100 Seattle, WA 98125-7205, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Kirkland Community Ice Center, is located at 6920 116th Ave NE in Kirkland in King County. This project involves 2.56 acres of soil disturbance for Other (Kirkland Community Ice Center) construction activities. The receiving water is Unnamed Storm Ditch.
