204334NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21st, at 6:00 p.m. in the Nez Perce County Courthouse Confluence Conference Room, 1st Floor, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following: &tempmargin;TA2026-1 Temporary Asphalt and Concrete Batch Plants – A request to amend Title 110 of the Nez Perce County Land Development Code, to add temporary asphalt and concrete batch plants in conjunction with quarrying as a conditional use in the Agriculture (A) and Agricultural Residential (AR) zoning districts; and amend the standards governing conditional uses, Section 110.24.060 to add temporary asphalt and concrete batch plant development standards.
