204533Lewiston City CouncilNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony and comments regarding APPLICATIONS ANX-26-1, CPA-26-1, ZNC-26-1 BY JOE GRECO OF GRECO LAND DEVELOPMENT LLC: The applicant requests that the undeveloped 34.34 acres located south of Birch Ave and east of Skyview Drive, immediately adjacent to the existing Skyview Estates Phase 4 subdivision, as depicted on the attached map, be removed from the Lewiston Area of City Impact and annexed into Lewiston city limits and that it be assigned a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of Low Density Residential and placed in the Low Density Residential, R2, Zoning District and amending the Lewiston Area of City Impact Map accordingly. The Lewiston Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on this matter on April 8, 2026 and recommended that it be approved by City Council.Submission of Written Comments: To ensure that written comments can be forwarded to the City Council and relevant staff prior to the hearing, please submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday May 10, 2026.
