Notice of Public HearingCONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO LMC CHAPTER 5.06 – APPLY UTILITY TAX UNIFORMLY Notice is given that a public hearing will be held by the Longview City Council, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1525 Broadway St, Longview, at its regular meeting starting at 6:00 p.m., March 26, 2026, to consider Ordinance 3574 which would amend Section 5.06 of the Longview Municipal code relating to utility tax uniformity to all customers. This meeting will also be streamed on Zoom. Any person may appear and be heard for or against the subject. Virtual attendees may comment by registering prior to the hearing with the City Clerk. Public comment may also be submitted in advance to the City Clerk's Office by email: tiffany.ostreim@ci.longview.wa.us with “Public Comment” in the subject line. City Hall is accessible for persons with disabilities. Special equipment is available to assist the hearing impaired.
