WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on December 31, 2025, Bryan and Tressa VanLoo applied for a Conditional Use Permit under case number CUP2025-00014 to replace an existing non-conforming mobile home with a 2,200 square foot one-story stick-built home per Whatcom County Code 20.80.032. The application was determined complete on January 8, 2026 indicating that all submittal requirements were met.
