204160NORTH LATAH COUNTYHIGHWAY DISTRICTNOTICEOF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the North Latah County Highway District will hold a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code, sections 40-206 and 40-1309(2), at 1:30 pm on April 14, 2026 at the Moscow Office, 1132 White Avenue, Moscow Idaho, to take public testimony from anyone who can show good cause that the following equipment should not be sold as surplus.1)1985 International S2500 oil distributor1) 1976 Caterpillar wheel loader 950 S/N 81J87411) 1977 Caterpillar wheel loader 950 S/N 81J9569Following the public hearing, the Commissioners may adopt a resolution finding that such personal property is no longer useful to the district, finding that such personal property should be sold, and establishing procedures for the sale including, but not limited to, the date and time of the sale and whether the sale will be by live public auction, by receipt of sealed bids or by some other reasonably commercial means; or finding that the personal property is still necessary for District operations.
