Hearing on appeal of Administrative Variance decision scheduled for March 18, 2026.

Notice of Appeal Hearing     Appeal of AVAR 2026-1 Decision of Approval    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN   that the Okanogan County Office of Hearing Examiner will conduct a hearing on March 18th, 2026 to consider an appeal brought by Brandt Westing and Karla Vega against the decision of approval regarding Administrative Variance 2026-1 BL Estate Trust Cabin. The appeal hearing will be conducted on March 18th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioner Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Building in Okanogan, WA at which time the Hearings Examiner will hear verbal testimony and evidence will be presented at the hearing on the issue by parties with standing. Testimony relevant to the appeal issue will be accepted from interested parties. All testimony must be given under oath. The hearing may be attended in person or via a Teams link.
