State Seeking Input on Draft Action Plan for 2026 HUD Funds The Washington State 5-Year Consolidated Plan and annual Action Plans determine priorities, establish strategic goals, and allocate resources for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds.
