Okanogan County Notice of Application 38 Blackler Rd Wall Repair, SE 2026-3 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Joshua Coombs has been issued a Shoreline Exemption to repair 60 feet of the existing retaining wall on Lake Osoyoos. The applicant will replace the concrete footing and repair/improve the wall with engineered tie backs. The project is necessary to prevent erosion and further failure.
