Shoreline Permit Comment Period Deadline: May 26, 2026 Proposal: Renae Bobbett submitted a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SMP2026-001) and a SEPA Checklist (SEPA2026-007) on March 24, 2026, for a project involving the use of an existing concrete shore anchor from a prior dock and the installation of new steel piles, a 64-foot-long ramp to a floating dock, a 10-foot ramp to existing grade, and a 320-square-foot dock designed to meet the requirements of the McNary Shoreline Management Plan. The proposed private dock will serve two parcels. The project site is located between 12010 and 12014 Harris Road and the Columbia River in Pasco, Washington. The proposal is subject to applicable provisions of the Pasco Municipal Code. SEPA2026-007: Written comments must be submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project. The Shoreline Permit determination will be established administratively by the Pasco Shoreline Permit Administrator. Determination of Completeness: The application has been declared complete for the purpose of processing. Environmental Documents and/or Studies Applicable to this Application: Environmental Determination No. SEPA2026-007 has been assigned to this proposal. Accordingly, an Environmental Impact Statement is not required. A copy of the threshold determination and any other information concerning this action may be obtained by contacting the City of Pasco Planning Department. Required Permits: A City of Pasco Shoreline Substantial Development Permit will be required.
