203921NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAYNotice is hereby given that the City of Peck, Idaho will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed vacation of a public right-of-way, pursuant to Idaho Code § 50-1306(a).The public hearing will be held on:Date: Tuesday March 10, 2026Time: 5:00 pmLocation: Peck Community Center – 160 S Main Street, Peck, ID 83545The right-of-way proposed to be vacated is generally described as follows:A portion of South Park Street being a strip of land 35.00 feet in width southwesterly and directly adjacent to lots 1-10 if Block 65 of the Town of Peck in the southeast one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of Section 11, Township 36 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Town of Peck, County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho.All interested persons may appear at the hearing and be heard, or may submit written comments prior to the hearing to Peck City Clerk Megan G.
