204271The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 15, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the conference room of the Latah County Annex and via ZOOM, to receive comments on a conditional use permit: LUA26-020 a conditional use permit application by Kevin Palmer for a salvage/wrecking yard on RP41N04W048209A at 1048 Reynolds RD, Princeton in the Ag/Forest zone.Interested parties are encouraged to attend. Accommodations for individuals who qualify under the ADA are available upon request made 3 working days prior to the hearing to the Planning Dept. The Zoning Commission reserves the right to limit length of testimony.
