PORT OF BENTON NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Benton Commission will hold a Special Commission Meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Port of Benton Commission Meeting room located at 3250 Port of Benton Boulevard, Richland, Washington, for the purpose of updating bank signers and the claims for damages agent. An executive session will be held for discussion with legal counsel pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(i) matters relating to agency enforcement action, litigation or potential litigation, and legal risks. Thereafter, the Commission may take action regarding the status of pending employment investigations. The Special Commission Meeting will be offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person option, a live Zoom broadcast, and a telephone conference call-in line. The link to access this broadcast via Zoom, as well as the call-in number to participate via telephone, will be made available on the morning of the meeting on the Port of Benton's website at the link below, along with the meeting agenda and minutes from the past meetings.
