The Tchinook People By these presents do hereby proclaim the Calling to Order of Session TWO of the Fourteen Sessions of the Convention to create a National Constitution of the Tchinook People. On March 20th at 10:00 A.M., Session Two shall be called to Order in the Old School House, Rosburg, Wahkiakum Tribal Homeland. Each of the Fourteen Tribes of the Tchinook Nation who still hold the Original Ultimate fee in Title to our National Estate shall be represented in these proceedings and debates.
