PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Planning Advisory Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at the Mason County Courthouse Building 1, Commission Chambers, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, WA 98584 on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual attendance via Zoom will be available. The PAC will hold Public Hearings to remove the Mason County designated floodway and adopt the 2019 FEMA maps for the Skokomish Valley; and proposed text amendments to the multi-family residential districts in Allyn (MCC17.11.510) and Belfair (MCC 17.22.110). A work session will review the Mason County Resource Ordinance and updated critical areas regulations pursuant to RCW 36.70a.130(5).
