NOTICE OF INTENT City of Spokane, Marlene Feist, 808 W Spokane Falls Blvd Spokane, WA 99201, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Local Access G&O & Chipseal, is located at Addison St. from Euclid Ave. to Bridgeport Ave., Rockwell Ave. from Crestline St. to Cook St., Cataldo Ave. from Hogan St. to Napa St., 6th Ave. from Cedar St. to Monroe St., Holyoke Ave. from Taft St. to Indian Trial, and Central Ave. from Flemming St. to A Street. Moran View Ave from Eagle Ridge Blvd to Crestview Ave., Woodland Ct., Vale Ct., Echo Ridge St., and Meadow Street. in Spokane in Spokane county. This project involves 1.9 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road, Utilities, construction activities. The receiving water is Spokane River. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
