Lydig Construction, Vince Campanella, 11001 E Montgomery Dr Spokane Valley, WA 99206, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, McKinstry Shop #2, is located at 9610 W 21st Ave in Spokane in Spokane county. This project involves 5.13 acres of soil disturbance for Industrial, construction activities.
