Hayden Homes, LLC, Erica Nelson, 6601 W Deschutes Ave Kennewick, WA 99336-7811, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.
 
The proposed project, The Equinox at North Mill, is located at Offner Rd between Avery St, Artesia Ave and Futura Rd. in Walla Walla in Walla Walla county.
 
This project involves 22.1 acres of soil disturbance for Highway or Road, Residential, Utilities, construction activities.
 
All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
