NOTICE OF SALE Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Resolution No. 26-0152 adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane, the County Treasurer shall sell real property via an internet auction through the website www.GovDeals.com. The on-line auction shall open bidding on May 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PT. and will end July 7, 2026 at 5:00pm. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ON-LINE AUCTION, YOU MUST REGISTER WITH GOVDEALS. The property may be view on our website at www.spokanecounty.org/837/surplus-property or https://www.GovDeals.com/SpokaneCountyRealEstate. Property will be offered for sale “as-is” and “where as,” without any representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, as to any intended use, purpose, or condition of the subject property or to any description of said property included herein.
