CONSULTANT ROSTER ENGINEERING / ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Columbia Basin Hydropower (CBHP), Ephrata, WA, is establishing a consultant roster for engineering and architectural services under Chapter 39.80 RCW. Services may include NERC testing and compliance, protection and controls, PLC upgrades, hydropower engineering, civil/structural, surveying, drafting, turbine/generator upgrades, and safety services.
