Request for Proposals City Attorney Services The City of Enumclaw is requesting proposals from well-qualified law firms or attorneys interested in providing contracted City Attorney services. The successful law firm or attorneys (Proposer) will contract with the City for provision of legal services as an independent contractor and shall not be entitled to City benefits. The contracted services are intended to begin May 1, 2026 or as soon as practical thereafter.
