CITY OF BUCKLEY NOTICE OF APPLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hosford Construction has applied for a minor amendment to the approved Peach Farms Townhome preliminary plat (SUB-22-0006). The proposed amendment is to amend the proposal from a 111-unit townhome development to a 86-unit single family development. The project is located at 28812 and 28704 Hinkleman Road, Buckley, WA 98321 (APN 5665000152, 5665000164, 5665000162). The public is invited to comment. The public comment period ends March 4, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Any person may comment on the application and request a copy of the decision once made. On May 23, 2023, the City of Buckley SEPA Responsible Official issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significant Impact under WAC 197-11-340 and on September 25, 2023, a final revised SEPA MDNS was issued. All application materials are public record and may be requested for viewing by any member of the public by appointment. Final decision on the application shall be made within the time periods established under Title 20 BMC and pursuant to the requirements of Buckley Municipal Code 18.22.020 Preliminary Plat Amendments, the City of Buckley Comprehensive Plan, the City of Buckley Public Works Guidelines, and/or any applicable state or federal regulations.
