Guardianship of: ALARIC JAMES OLIVEROS, DOB: 12/09/2013. To: Martin Oliveros, Alleged Father. To: To Whom It May Concern/Unknown Fathers: A Guardianship Petition was filed on January 14, 2026, and a Title 13 RCW Guardianship hearing will be held on this matter on: March 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at: Columbia County Courthouse, 341 E. Main Street, Dayton, WA 99328. You should be present at this hearing. The hearing will determine if the court should establish a Title 13 RCW Guardianship, and appoint a guardian for the above named child. A petition for order Appointing Title 13 RCW guardian, if granted, could result in substantial restrictions to the rights of the parent(s). If you do not appear at the hearing, the court may enter a guardianship order in your absence. SUMMONS: You are summoned to appear at the hearing on the date, time and place set forth above. Advice of Rights: •You have important legal rights, and you must take steps to protect your interest. •You have the right to a hearing before a judge.
