PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS TAKE NOTICE: That Victor Lewis (and now Allan Williams) of Tonasket, WA on 2/22/1994, under Water Right Application No. G4-31949, filed for a permit to appropriate public groundwater, subject to existing rights, from existing groundwater wells for year-round use in the amount of 2250 gallons per minute (gpm) and 1400 acre-feet per year (ac-ft/yr) for multiple domestic, stockwater, and irrigation of 350 acres. Six wells located within the W of Section 29, and one well located within the SW 1/4 of Section 32, all located within Township 37 N, Range 26 E W.M., iocated within Okanogan County.
