Okanogan County Lynn Smith SP 2026-1 Notice of Application and SEPA Determination An application for a short subdivision has been submitted by NCW Land Surveying, LLC on behalf of Lynn Smith to divide approximately 10 acres into 2 lots. Proposed lot 1 to be 6.22 acres with an existing residence served by a permit exempt well and existing on-site septic system. Proposed lot 2 to be 4.16 acres with an existing residence served by an existing permit exempt well and existing on-site septic system. The property is identified by parcel # 3427170028, located north of Omak, WA at 38 Omak River Road. The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official issued a final SEPA determination identifying this project is exempt from SEPA review in accordance with WAC 197-11.
