NOTICE OF HEARING1.1 You are notified that a petition, a copy of which is provided, was filed with this court alleging that Termination of Parent-Child Relationship of the above-named child is pending before this court and if the termination Petition is granted, it will result in permanent loss of your parental rights.1.2 The petitioner has requested a hearing on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at Benton County Superior Court, 7122 W Okanogan Place, Building A, Kennewick, Washington. 1.3 The purpose of the hearing is to hear and consider evidence relating to the petition.
