Skagway School Rehabilitation Phase 1 Bid/RFP Status Open - accepting bids and proposals Bid/RFP Due Date Tue, 03/10/2026 - 2:00 PM The Municipality of Skagway is accepting bids to construct the SKAGWAY SCHOOL REHABILITATION PHASE 1. The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: Restroom remodel/upgrades including the restrooms in the High School wing, the Elementary wing, and Special Education restroom; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements including modifying landing to meet 60” x 60” requirement; mechanical and electrical improvements in the Janitor's room including replacing the main building water isolation valve and electric panel relocation; and other miscellaneous related WORK. All work must conform to the requirements provided in the bid documents.
