Mill Creek Residential Trust, Mark Griffin, 301 116th Ave SE Ste 402 Bellevue, WA 98004-6444, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Modera Woodmont Beach, is located at 26915 Pacific Hwy S in Des Moines in King County.
