TOWN OF HUNTS POINT 3000 Hunts Point Road, Hunts Point, WA 98004 425-455-1834 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hunts Point Hearing Examiner will conduct a Public Hearing on March 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. This Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Hearing will be held using remote meeting technology. To participate in this hearing, please email the Town at permits@huntspoint-wa.gov to receive further instructions. In addition, written comments may be submitted (by mail or email) on this application prior to the hearing at permits@huntspoint-wa.gov and such comments are given the same weight as public testimony. Application Number: SSDP #25-02 Application: Katherine Rupert – Seaborn Companies on behalf of Brent Frei Project Address :3227 Hunts Point Road, Hunts Point, WA 98004, King County, WA Project Description: Repair existing dock and bulkhead and two (2) existing piles using engineered steel sleeves. Remove one (1) previously unpermitted boatlift and retain one previously unpermitted boatlift. A SEPA Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) was issued for this project on January 29, 2026. Copies of the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application and the MDNS are available from the Town of Hunts Point.
