City of Sammamish, Attn: Kathryn Hoffmann, 801 228th Ave SE Sammamish, WA 98075-9509, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The George Davis Creek Fish Passage and Stormwater Improvement Project is located at 635 East Lake Sammamish Shore Lane NE in Sammamish in King County. This project involves 1.0 acre of soil disturbance to construct storm drain improvements and restore portions of George Davis Creek. The receiving water is Lake Sammamish.
