Project description: The applicant proposes a plat alteration to City of Bothell Short Plat No. SUB2017-10598, recorded under King County Recording No. 20180724900009. The proposed alteration includes the deletion of a ten-foot utility easement along the north property line of Lot 2. In addition, the deletion of note 7, which outlines the easement restriction is included in the alteration. The intended utility easement is not currently being utilized, and no current public utilities are located within the easement area. The purpose of the plat alteration is solely to remove the erroneous, unused easement from the recorded plat.
