The City is not required to make any decision immediately following this date, but could if all necessary information is properly represented in the case file. Project case number: SUB2026-27944 Project name: 9803 Condo Plat Alteration Project location: 9803 NE 183rd Street Bothell, WA 98011 Parcel Number: 2374200005 Project description: The applicant proposes a plat alteration to City of Bothell Short Plat No. SUB2017-10598, recorded under King County Recording No. 20180724900009. The proposed alteration includes the deletion of a ten-foot utility easement along the north property line of Lot 2. In addition, the deletion of note 7, which outlines the easement restriction is included in the alteration. The intended utility easement is not currently being utilized, and no current public utilities are located within the easement area.
