METROPOLITAN KING COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING Proposed Ordinance 2026-0010 NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY: A portion of SE 256th Street near Covington VACATION FILE V-2773 PROPOSED ORDINANCE (2026-0010) Petitioner: Dawson Investments, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed ordinance for the denial of a petition to vacate a portion of SE 256th Street right-of-way near Covington has been filed with the Clerk of the County Council. A remote public hearing before the King County Hearing Examiner will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
