Public Utility District No. 1 of Skagit County 2026 Purchased Services Roster Real Estate Services – Leasing & Sale of Surplus Commercial Property Skagit PUD hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms possessing the required experience and resources needed for the leasing and sale of commercial property. SOQ must clearly demonstrate the ability of the respondent in the following evaluation factors: Overview of firm, Experience leasing and selling property in Skagit County, Qualifications, Past Performance, and Fees. Skagit PUD's Purchased Services Rosters shall consist of all responsible firms that have submitted the necessary SOQ to be on the roster. Responsible firms may be added at any time. SOQ will be kept on file for calendar year 2026, or longer at Skagit PUD's discretion.
